     I have been collecting care bear poseables since I was three years old.  For every gift giving occasion, my extended family would give me a new poseable care bear.  Thanks to the efforts of my mother, I never received a duplicate, and by the time the poseables were discontinued, I was only missing Funshine bear.  I received many care bear items from book bags, to bed sheets. I had the clothes, pool toys (although we did not have a pool) games and a few plus. Over the years the bed sheets were thrown out, the clothes was given to charity, and the pool toys had sprung leaks. Although I had let most of my Care Bear items go with out a second thought, I could never bring myself to part with my poseables.

     When I was eighteen, my father presented me with my long missing Funshine bear.  He had found it on-line and bought it for me. At about the same time I discovered E-bay. My Care Bear passion retuned as I found poseables still in the original boxes. As you can imagine, the plethora of vintage Care Bear items available soon resulted in the Care Bear collection you are about to behold.  I take a lot of pride and interest in my collection and I am always on the look out for a new interesting item.
